Update 7.0.3 not downloading

I am having difficulty with my series 3 watch excepting the latest download 7.0.3

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 7

Thank you for getting back to me. I have tried the support link at least two times and it still will not update. Everything they told me I have already tried or I did and it did not work or help. I have unpaired the watch and re-paired from new and from back ups restarting both the watch and phone and still not working. I have dumped all the apps I can from the watch and it will not allow the download to complete as it says "Not able to verify update The watchOS update couldn't be verified because you ae not connected to the internet" Not sure why as I have tried to download it on a dozen or so other wifi networks that are actually on the internet when I am performing the download. Unfortunately nothing is working, very frustrated. Not to mention the watch restarts at least a dozen times a day. Basically pointless for me to wear it. Please fix this...

Thank you for your reply. I have done this two or three times with nothing being able to fix the issue. All the techs do is rehash the same thing the last one told me to try.
