problem I created installing windows with bootcamp

Made a mistake installing windows when I didn’t install boot camp properly. Now I have a windows computer but can’t get back to Mac! Just want to delete windows and get back to Mac. Help. I have a back up but I’m not sure how to get to it or if it will be successful. Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks much! I used the NVRAM option and kept holding keys down. Sounded like it was going to boot into windows then stopped and booted normally into Mac ios. Now I am afraid to shut down since it will probably (?) boot into Windows again. Can I just delete the Boot Camp directory entirely to prevent that or are my assumptions wrong? Thanks again.
