iPhone Restarting when restoring

I haven't really been able to find the answer to my problem and I have looked everywhere (I think). So I have an iPhone 11 and it wasn't updating to iOS 14 so I saved a backup on my PC with iTunes. Then I deleted EVERYTHING off of my phone. I updated the phone to iOS 14 and then I tried to restore the phone but every time I try it restarts on its own and the computer gives an error code saying that there was an error reading and writing with the iPhone. I have tried to restore it many many times and it does this every time. I am currently using the phone without all the saved data that I had because it backed its self up onto iCloud AFTER I erased everything so I only have my pictures and nothing else that I need, like my files or anything. Does anyone have an answer for me? Should I just contact customer service?
