Will subscription to AppleTVPlus streaming work on a PC? With Chromecast?

I signed up for the free trial for AppleTV Plus streaming. Last night on my PC I was able to Chromecast The Oprah Conversation, and the first episode of Tehran, but today I can only get the ads to play (and Chromecast). When the ad is done, the screen turns black. When I go back to movie and click resume episode, absolutely nothing happens. When I look up support, it only refers to apple devices, not PCs or Chromecast. Can anyone help me before I cancel my subscription?
