Some Keyboard keys are not functioning on my imac

Those keys are 7,8,9,u,i,o,j,k,l,,m. I have mac os Catalina installed. I tried apple support and they could not locate the problem. I found that youtube video,

it's the same problem but does not work for me. Can anyone help please? Thanks

You have to disable Mouse Keys

Control the pointer using Mouse Keys on Mac - Apple Support
