Add Mp3 Downloaded from Browser to Apple Music

Hi,

I wanted to play my mp3 file, I downloaded via Browser and now it is saved in my files folder (cloud and ipad device). I opened Apple Music but I cant find any options to add files into my library. When I click on my mp3 file there is no option to add to library as well..... Help please. Thank you.

Addtl Info: I am using the new ipad pro 11".
