I cannot switch back to MacOS bootcamp

I have a MacBook pro 2016 model A1708

Stuck in windows, unable to switch back to macOS.

Boot camp was used to restart in macOS but it responded with an error message "could no locate macOS boot volume."

Restarting the mac and pressing the alt/option key was attempted but there was no response, the mac just logged into windows without the disc option popping up.

Usually I would also see a windows logo when I am restarting, but now I don't see it, it goes directly to when the user is signing in.

I have no idea what to do now :((((
