What happens if the new phone says Setting up your Apple ID continuously for more than 11 hours?
My new iPhone 11 will not set up! It is stuck in the "Setting up your Apple ID" mode. How do I get it to set up?

Try completely shutting down the device for a few minutes. Then restart and skip setting up the Apple ID. Finish setting up the device and then set up the Apple ID.
