Problem with my phone

My phone won't turn back on completely. Its stuck on the apple sign as if it wants to turn back on. What can I do to get it back up and going? It's a iPhone 11 Pro max

Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
