iPhone 11 keeps minimizing apps

I have an iPhone 11 running 14.0.1. Shortly after a recent update my phone keep minimizing apps randomly. Anybody else having this issue or know what I can do to just keep apps open as I use them?

iPhone 6 Apps Do Not Load After Recent Update My iPhone 6 updated last week while I had to troubleshoot my Mac Monterey laptop. Once I got the update to install, I noticed today that I could not use an app I use frequently. After the iPhone was powered up for a while I noticed a group of apps were not loading. The ones that are taking the longest to load are Google's, even with the phone charging. Could the problem be the recent update? That update required a reset.

Cannot delete apps off iPhone 11 Help, even when I press down on my screen twice, I cannot delete any app on my phone. Not even in the app store or when I swipe my phone twice to the left. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Just an update, it's a 128Gb, I have 76Gb free.
