I have a new HP OfficeJet 5255. It is working great except for scanning a document and then emailing it. Keeps asking for "SW Helper" ... what is that?
During the installation of my HPOfficeJet I am told the "SW helper wants to make changes" - what does this mean? I have been able to scan the document but cannot email it because it keeps getting stuck on Sw helper wants to make changes.
Help me please!!
