Cellular Data not working
On my phone it won’t let me use my data. it continues to say “no service”. every so often for a minute or two, it says i can use my data, but then it turns off again (look @ the time on each screen shot)

Is this a long term problem, or did it just happen? Have you contacted Verizon, or checked for other user’s reports?

my mother and step dad (they have different phone types but we are all on the same plan), said they are having issues with their phones too. they say anyone who calls them takes them straight to voicemail. i’m starting to think it is a problem with the carrier. thank you
There’s a simply way to check. Tap the Phone icon, then Recents. If the missed calls are not listed then the problem is with the carrier. If they are listed it is a setting in the phone that is sending them to voicemail.

Yes, it would be highly unlikely that all three phones would be the issue, and I would second your thought that this would be a carrier problem.
