Airdrop shows an incorrect name to other users

My airdrop shows an incorrect name to others users. It is not a name that is associated with my Apple ID in any way (or anyone else who has used this MacBook Air OS 10.15.4 Is there any way for me to find out where airdrop is getting this name from and correct it somehow. Previous instructions say to change the mane in the "Contact Card" but the information there does not reflect the incorrect airdrop name.

Any guidance would be much appreciated. And now that I see that the incorrect name shows up when this post is asking "What device is this about?" Where is this name stored and how can I change it?
