MagSafe charger

I just got a new iPhone 12 & MagSafe charger but it only had the cord for the charger in the box should I have got something else with it no way to charge with just the cord Help

Neither the iPhone 12 nor the MagSafe charger include a power adapter. You can order the following: Buy 20W USB-C Power Adapter - Apple

I paid for the complete charger it shows in the shipping info that I I should have received it even shows the disk in the info I paid for the charger already could you look into this for me I just got this phone 11/29 look back at my order please thank you.

This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We can't look into your order but as I stated previously, neither the iPhone 12 nor the MagSafe charger include a power adapter.

Hi there,

Unfortunately they removed the charging brick from the iPhone box, you will have to buy one separately.
