keep getting an ios beta 14 update

You probably on removed the BETA profile and not the entire update. Open Settings ➔ General ➔ About: Here, check to see your iOS version.

You still have the BETA version installed on your iPhone. You may have deleted the BETA Profile however not the update. If you have the BETA profile installed then check for an update. If you do not have the profile then install it again and then update. That will resolve this issue.

When you installed the BETA version you had to install a BETA profile. Ensure that the BETA Profile is still installed. Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Profile (Under VPN) : Here check to see if there is the Profile option. If you see a profile then you are good to update your iPhone by opening Settings ➔ General ➔ Software Update.

If you do not see the Profile option, as mentioned above, then you will need to install the profile again and then update the iOS BETA version.
