App crashing to home screen
The app from the store was working up until today. Basically when I open it, it flashes in its loading screen for one second then crashes to the homescreen. In the background it's still running. No matter what I seem to do, it never opens but keeps closing and taking me back to home screen. Here's everything I tried to fix the issue:
- click home 2x and open the app.
- click home 2x and swipe to close the app then try again.
- restart phone
- reinstall app
- ensure all my software and hardware is up to date
- ensure the app is up to date and works on other phones (it is and it does)
- reset all settings
- wipe everything off my phone (apart from contacts, photos/vid)
- do hard resets
It is still the only app that does this and I cannot for the life of me understand why.
Any ideas? Anything I missed? Should I do a complete clean reset with removal of everything, including contacts/photos...etc? this shouldn't affect the app, and I ensured that I have plenty of space on the phone as well as on icloud, so there shouldn't be an issue (plus, other apps that require even more memory open just fine). And like I said before, the app works perfectly on all the other phones in my household and has been working fine on my phone until today.
