Signing onto FaceTime from my Mac

Every time I try to log onto FaceTime on my Mac, it says "This account has no reachable addresses. Please sign in to appleid.apple.com in order to add one." I have three reachable addresses on this site, why is it sending me this message?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
