Frozen computer

All of a sudden my computer became frozen. I cannot even shut it off with the power button. Any suggestions. This is a new computer (3 months).

Frozen computer I've tried to shut down my computer via forced shut down and holding power button. The background is black with a message "Your computer is already shutting down. Did you depress and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds?
