I updated my phone but when i scroll down notifications bar then again and again the message shows please update from the ios 14 beta

My phone will not update to IOS 14.7 I have the iPhone SE 2020 and the IOS 14.7 update will not install to my phone. Everytime I open my phone, i get a notification that takes up my screen that says "A new iOS update is now avalible. Please update from the iOS 14 beta.
