Missing item on package (claim for refund)

What can a do??

Yesturday fedex sent to me my package from apple store (Apple Watch) but the box was open and the watch was missing.

never put my firm for resiveing the package.

note:( a live in departments but the package was send direct to office.

a claim for my money back, I called Apple store and they told me to wait around 2 to 5 days. ( I can’t wait ) :(

a called fedex but they told me to wait until Apple investigate the issue.

do you really get a refund???

will a loss my money???

what can a do???
