APPLE WATCH BAND

So I have ordered an Watch band from apple and the tracking stated that it was delivered but never found the package.. When I contacted apple they sent me a replacement. Now I am not satisfied with the replacement they have sent and I am looking to return it. If I return it will I be issued a refund ? Cause apple basically sent me two bands and out of the two I have only received one.
