An Apple Watch was purchased for me just under a year ago now. The battery lasts no longer than 10 minutes. I don’t have the receipt as I don’t have contact with the person who bought this. It’s exactly brand new looking, with the box, can this be refunded or replaced?
After a year, I'm afraid not. You can trade it in for a new watch or for store credit. In either case, I suggest taking it to an Apple Store and letting them look at it.
