I just received my new Apple Watch,the product looks like has been used,there are some scratches and deformed.

Very disappointed experience,can I get refund or exchange,thank you.

Contact where you purchased the Watch. If you ordered online from Apple, contact them. If you ordered from somewhere else, contact them.
