Hi,

I just received my new Apple Watch,the product looks like has been used,there are some scratches and deformed.

Very disappointed experience,can I get refund or exchange,thank you.

Apple Watch return An Apple Watch was purchased for me just under a year ago now. The battery lasts no longer than 10 minutes. I don’t have the receipt as I don’t have contact with the person who bought this. It’s exactly brand new looking, with the box, can this be refunded or replaced?

Refund for manufacturing fault There was a manufacturing fault with my new Apple Watch, because of it the microphone didn’t work anymore. After sending it for repair, Apple gave me a new Apple Watch because they couldn’t repair my Watch. I bought a screen protector for my previous Apple Watch, but because it was send for repair it was taken off. Because I couldn’t do anything to prevent the microphone from breaking down (manufacturing fault, and I take care of the Watch as if it is my baby :) ), I would like a refund for my screen protector. Where is it possible to request one?

Unable to return apple watch series 6 bought from amazon I ordered apple watch series 6 40mm. By mistake clicked on 40mm, actually wanted 44mm. Now the amazon people are not giving any refund or replacement for the same. The box is same as it came, didn’t even open it.

Contact where you purchased the Watch. If you ordered online from Apple, contact them. If you ordered from somewhere else, contact them.
