Refund for manufacturing fault

There was a manufacturing fault with my new Apple Watch, because of it the microphone didn’t work anymore.

After sending it for repair, Apple gave me a new Apple Watch because they couldn’t repair my Watch.

I bought a screen protector for my previous Apple Watch, but because it was send for repair it was taken off.

Because I couldn’t do anything to prevent the microphone from breaking down (manufacturing fault, and I take care of the Watch as if it is my baby :) ), I would like a refund for my screen protector. Where is it possible to request one?

This is a user forum, you are not addressing apple here just fellow users

you can try contacting apple Support ->  Get Support (apple.com)

To my knowledge, Apple's policy will not refund you for a screen protector which you didn't buy from Apple and couldn't be returned from a defective watch. You can certainly try, but you'll very likely find out Apple will not refund the cost of an item such as a screen protector. Apple is only responsible for delivering you a watch. They are not responsible for accessories you installed on the watch you sent them.
