Return and refund

I just purchased a 41mm Apple Watch Series 8 on Dec 12 and received it 2 days ago. However, iI found ou the screen size is small as well as I am allergic to the wrist band material. I tried to intitate a return/refund process online, it did not allow me to. Please help me with this order. Thank you!

Refund for manufacturing fault There was a manufacturing fault with my new Apple Watch, because of it the microphone didn’t work anymore. After sending it for repair, Apple gave me a new Apple Watch because they couldn’t repair my Watch. I bought a screen protector for my previous Apple Watch, but because it was send for repair it was taken off. Because I couldn’t do anything to prevent the microphone from breaking down (manufacturing fault, and I take care of the Watch as if it is my baby :) ), I would like a refund for my screen protector. Where is it possible to request one?

I never received my Apple Watch, yet I'm not getting my refund I bought the series 9 watch, realize that I made a mistake bought the wrong one reached out to customer service and was told that my item couldn’t be canceled I would have to receive the item and return it. The day comes to receive the package and It was sent back to the warehouse without me receiving it and since that day, I’ve been fighting with Apple to get my refund everybody that I speak to has been telling me 3 to 5 business days it’s been two weeks, multiple calls and still nothing. I’ve reached out to everyone no one is on the same page seems no one has a clue what’s going on, as if there isn’t some sort of protocol with refunds. Now I have to wait 5 days for an investigation on something they chose to do. How do I get my money back? this is truly ridiculous [Re-Titled by Moderator]
