Apple One shows "Cannot Connect" on one.apple.com

When going to my iCloud subscriptions Apple One was not showing for me. You can also sign up to an Apple One plan by ging to https://one.apple.com and clicking "View" in the popup that is shown.

After clicking "View" it shows a screen that says:

Cannot Connect

[ Retry ]

The Retry button doesn't do anything when clicking it. I tried debugging it via Safari on Mac but that webpage doesn't trigger the Web Inspector, so I don't know what is going wrong.

How could this be remedied? I don't want to sign out and sign in of iCloud... that is a nuclear option these days.

Some more info that might help...

I have a family plan that shares 2TB of iCloud storage. I live in Belgium. Belgium does not have Apple One Premier, the plan with 2TB of storage.

So, what I think is happening is that Apple runs some code to check which plans would be available to you. Seeing as I've got 2TB the only eligible plan would be Apple One Premier... but, and this is where the software might be hitting a snag... there is no Apple One Premier in Belgium... so the software craps out and... we're stuck without being able to choose a plan.

It seems like a software bug that needs to be fixed first...
