I returned my laptop n the iStock store sending me that old laptop back saying they fixed the problem. It was a software problem and they fixed it. They are sending that defected MacBook Pro back to me.

they claimed apple will not refund or replace newly purchased / defected MacBook Pro

it was a software problem and they fixed it

all files attached earlier:

so apple authorised seller iStock bd sold me a a software defected MacBook Pro that could not even use for a day ... got fixed n being returned to me?
