I can no longer login to facebook through the facebook app on my phone but I can login through the browser.

Same problem! I just downloaded 14.1 on Halloween and now I can’t log in to Facebook. I’ve emailed Facebook and I’m waiting for a response. I’m still logged in to Facebook on my iPad and it’s working.
