iPhone 12 Video Quality (Dull Color)

I upgraded from iPhone X to 12. I’ve been videoing my parents for the last few weeks and my mom went from pinkish (on the X) to grey-ish (on the 12). Same exact setting, same time of day. See pic. I double checked my husband’s iPhone X to see if it’s my display but it appears the raw video is that odd, flat color across the board. I tried applying filters to the entire edited video but then the video becomes almost invisible and washed out. I also checked to see if I can apply a filter or change a setting before shooting. I just want videos to look vibrant like they used to on the iPhone X. Any suggestions?
