Hello,
I’ve been receiving notifications from a thirdparty certificates, which is Digicert. Although I have not downloaded this app.
And this requires approval/trust in order to for it to disappear, and I did not trust it
This is my first time having this issue and i’m not sure what to do.
Could you please help me solve it?

Do you use any of the email addresses associated with Outlook.com? For example, Hotmail or Outlook? If you have such an email account active on your iPhone then what is happening is that MS Outlook is sending a certificate for you authenticate so that your emails can be retrieved. If you do not have such an email account (for work or for personal use) AND you are getting those certificate requests then we will have to troubleshoot further to see why that is happening.
