I have an Apple Watch 4 that is fully updated (14.1). I've received high heart rate notifications in the past. Yesterday my heart rate was 150 (with the high heart rate alert set at 120) but I didn't get an alert and it's not recorded in the High Heart Rate Notifications but it does show in the Heart Rate record log. Any suggestions?

Ahhh no, I said that I HAD NOT received the high heart rate notification even though my heart rate was 150 and the detection was set for 120.

Thanks - I have it set up properly because I've received notifications in the past. This time the HR was around 150 for several hours including, lying down for hours, but no notification. Who knows.
