Hello, query, can I use the magsafe 2 charger of 60 watts in my macbook air 13 inch 2015? ... because the one that came with 45 watts was broken ... thanks

Yes, you can safely use a higher wattage charger. It will not charge your Mac faster nor will your Mac perform any differently.
