What do I use now that flash player is being disabled?

Certain websites need flash player to work on Safari. Now that flash player is being disabled, I can no longer access the site. What is the solution?

The only solution is for the developers of those sites to update their code to use modern technologies. As of 12/31/2020 Adobe is dropping support of Flash worldwide. All browsers, for all operating systems, will begin removing Flash support. Even now you can no longer download Flash from Adobe’s website. Any offer of a Flash download will be fake and probably loaded with malware. Adobe even says they will begin blocking Flash media from playing on 1/1/2021.


As for websites that require Flash, developers were given three years notice by Adobe that this was coming. In short order these websites and apps will stop working unless they update to modern technologies.

Apple decided not to wait until the end of this year. Apple dropped Flash support in Safari 14.0
