set up your Apple ID more than 10 hours

I buy new Ipad yesterday by now can't use it show "it may take a few minutes to set up your Apple ID" more over 10 Hours. please kindly advise How can i do?

Try completely shutting down the device for a few minutes. Then restart and skip setting up the Apple ID. Finish setting up the device and then set up the Apple ID.
