I know my password but can't get past the 2 step because I changed my number

Hello, I really want to get on my other Apple ID for Itunes. I know my email & password (and the old number) but it asks for the code sent to my old number, I say I don't have access to this device & want to start account recovery but It just says verification failed, any idea?

Recovery on my Apple ID My Apple ID was connected to my old phone number which I don’t remember and the account had no trusted devices. I remember the password and the username but when I log in it asks me for a verification code that is sent to my old number and no other option is given to me. Used the correct password for apple id but dont have access to the number to get the 6 digit code I know the password for my apple id but cant get past the 2 step verification. No devices in our household currently are signed into this account, and we no longer have access to the phone number linked to the apple id. (it had all been stolen around 2017, so since then weve changed apple IDs, now im trying to retrieve this old one) Is there any other way that I can verify its me? Apple shows no further prompts than to check my other devices for a 6 digit code, but if I could use just anything else, like an email verification, that’d be great. Thanks
