How does a family share a login with “sign in with Apple”

I’ve been using “Sign In with Apple” for different apps. My husband wanted to use our unlimited car wash app, and asked me to login on his phone. I was able to find the extremely complex email Apple created, but I was unable to find the password, or change the password. So I had to go with him to get the car wash. Is there a way of sharing these logins? What happens when I need to change the password? It doesn’t seem to be located in my keychain

So this isn’t a subscription I purchased through Apple. When I try to login with “sign in with Apple” on my husbands account, it logs him into his own account for the car wash app.

we do have family sharing set up already.

So that’s the problem. When I try to have him login, Sign In with Apple will only sign in to his Apple ID. There’s no option to Sign In with Apple as anyone else in the family. When I log him out, he is only able to log back into his account. And I can’t locate the password Apple generated on my account
