Have been getting the error iPhone cannot verify server imap-mail.outlook.com since this last week. The thing is, I do not have an Outlook account and have never added the account to my apple devices.
What is causing it and how can I remove it?

What happens when you click the "Details" on the error popup message (See the Pic below)
Best would be to Delete and Add the email account that is creating the issue.
You may also try changing SSL settings
Settings > Password & Accounts > [Select the Mail account} > [Tape on Account with the email ID} > Advanced > SSL Settings > [Disable]
Click <Account (in Blue)
Click on DONE (in Blue) when exiting in the previous screen
Thanks the the tip but the problem is I do not even have that account to begin with. So I’m unable to do what you have suggested. Is there another way around it?
