Recovering these:

Are they accessible on other devices?

Logout of iCloud, and then Sign back in.

What is: “Contacts Details”?:

Seeing “Contacts Details” are you saying the contacts are there, but just have no details? What details?

Retrieve these Though Restoration:

And if you have any backups you made of any of these devices, restore one to it’s backup. Once restored, all should be accessible.

Whichever device you restore, you’d:

1. Back it up today
2. Restore it from a prior backup
3. Retrieve those contacts
4. Restore it to the backup up made today

Sync this with iCloud:

See if your Contacts are synced with iCloud. If not, then sync them, and see if they always stay on your phone.

1. Go To: Settings
2. Tap: [your name] (Top Item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Contacts to that it is green.

Also...

Try a Hard Restart:

Made any recent changes, such as updates? Try this...

1. Go To: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Shut Down (very bottom).
4. Swipe: Line to the Right
5. Wait: 30 Seconds
6. Power Back Up
