New Beats Flex not Playing Audio from Macbook Air 2018 (Mojave) - shows Bluetooth Connection

I just received my new Beats Flex from Apple and whilst they work great and play with all IOS 14.x devices i have (phone and iPad) and synch via icloud to it, my macbook Air 2018 w/ Mojave is unable to play audio when i select it from the Sound Menu Bar on top, i do see it as connected via Bluetooth as seen in the screenshots. Is anyone else experiencing issues using new Beats Flex on Macs? Maybe i am doing something not right.. .anyways, appreciate all the tips to make it work from MacOS.
