backbeat pro 2 bluetooth

I pair my my macbook with Backbeat pro 2, can see the pair in Bluetooth, and when I hit the play button on backbeat pro I can hear the music for a short second and then it stops. If I plug the hardwired connection to the mac and backbeat pro it works perfectly. What am I doing wrong with Bluetooth?
