Hey shantini1008,
We see that your iPhone's Bluetooth is continuously searching for an Apple Watch, and we'd like to help!
Are you able to see this Apple Watch under your Bluetooth list? Here's how you can check: Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you see the Apple Watch under your Bluetooth list, please follow the steps from the article above to remove it. Your iPhone should stop attempting to connect to that device.
We hope this helps!
Warm regards.

How do you know Bluetooth is continually searching? If it’s only when you go to Settings/Bluetooth think about your refrigerator. Is the light on when the door is closed? Bluetooth only searches for new devices when the Bluetooth screen is displayed. And even then Bluetooth uses virtually no power (because it is just listening) unless it is actively connected to a device: That is, go to Settings/Bluetooth; do you see any devices that say “Connected”? If not, then Bluetooth is using no energy. Even when connected it uses almost no energy. A typical BT connection uses 10 mw. As your phone’s battery is over 2,000 mwh capacity, if BT were the only thing running the battery would last over a week.
Thanks so much. This is VERY helpful.
Your response was actually the one I felt "solved" the problem.
