Can‘t use Spotify on my Apple Watch 3

Hello!

I got my Apple Watch 3 in january. I always used Spotify on my watch to pause, play or skip a song. So I don‘t need to have my phone nearby. Now it doesn‘t work anymore. Where the buttons were before, there is only this text coming. And I can‘t choose anything !! There is nothing to click on and I also can‘t scroll trough any option.

The text is in German. So here is the translate.

“Do you want to stream Spotify on your Apple Watch? Choose here.“

I did already reset my whole watch and deinstalled spotify but nothing works..

help ?

It appears that you're unable to use Spotify on your Apple Watch Series 3. You're no longer able to play or skip songs with the app. You're being shown a message asking if you want to stream Spotify, and we're glad to help with this.

If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support -- When an application isn't working as expected, this article contains the steps to use. Even though you uninstalled the app from your Apple Watch, try it again and restart your watch before installing the app again.
