Video Unavailable

I rented a movie on Apple TV app to watch on my LG OLED TV but when I try playing the video it gives an error "Video Unavailable :. There is a problem loading this video"

The free content streams on the TV without any issues and the movie I rented plays on my other devices just doesn't work on the tv.

Purchased movie won’t play I purchased the movie trolls sometime ago and all of a sudden today, I can’t play it. On my Vizio tv from the appletv app is where I stream from. My iphones and iPads will play the movie but my tv will not now. It keeps giving me an error the content is not available, this type of content is not currently compatible on your device. To play, try again using an apple device…why all of a sudden the error? Why only on this movie?

I keep getting “there is a problem loading this video,” everyone I try and play something I just started free trial for Apple TV. When I try to play a video it says “there was a problem loading this video.”
