If I tried this 5 times and either one doesn’t work after every time, what do I do? Sometimes the left won’t work and sometimes the right wont. I’ve followed the steps accordingly more than 5 times so what should I do? I know they aren’t broken because when I tap on each side it still makes the click noise

disconnected them from the device, and even fully charged them.
