Hello, my name is Oleg, I'm from Ukraine. I recently bought an Iphone 6 on ebay. The problem is that the seller deceived me and sent a phone locked by the operator ROGERS. Could you please unlock my phone, I will be very grateful!

Apple doesn’t unlock phones.

You will need to contact Rogers and see if you qualify for unlocking.
