I got this iPhone 5s awhile ago but have never tried putting my sim in but when I did it said it wasn't supported. When I go to look at the carrier it says three. Its odd because I have a 4g three sim card that doesn't work.

Where are you looking at the carrier? You can’t tell the carrier a phone is locked to by looking at anything on the phone. If it says that the phone is locked to a different carrier, then it really is.
Ok thank You! Sorry to sound stupid but do I need to contact the carrier it's currently locked to request an unlock or can I go to the three website and do it online
You have to contact the carrier it is locked to.
Phone locked to network but when i put the right network simcard in it dosent work. Can anyone help with this issue?
