AirPods replacement

hello, I purchased apple AirPods with wireless charging around January and im having trouble with the sound they don't seem to connect every time and when they do the sound cuts off frequently and leaves static noises in my ear I have the original box but not the reciept would I be able to get a replacement with my warranty
