Charging Brick/Port
I just got the iphone 11, it came with a charger but not the port/brick that plugs into the wall. Why is that?

But the charger is new and isn't like the old charging brick
Apple is going green this year and not including charging bricks with new iPhones. Most people (myself included) have charging bricks aplenty sitting around in drawers which are unused. And since iPhone X, I haven't used a charging brick and cable as Qi wireless charging is so much simpler. If you've ever owned another iPhone, use the charging brick and cable you already have from that phone. If you don't, you can go out to Amazon or Apple and buy a USB C charging brick.
True. But your new phone still uses a lightning plug to your iPhone. So your previous charging brick which is standard USB to lightning plug will still charge your phone using the cable you have for a previous phone. If you want to take advantage of faster charging, buy a 20W USB C brick.
