Monster Smart Light app permissions not in settings

I have the monster smart app installed on my iPhone X , and it has asked for permission to Bluetooth, When I go into my settings there is no Bluetooth switch!.... I downloaded the app for my LED strip lights which are by the same brand (obviously). But the Bluetooth option is not in the permissions for the app in the settings and or under the privacy tab. What do I do now????? I’ve looked everywhere to solve this and still cannot find anywhere online? I also read the previous threat to this option and it’s still nothing on it.

Hello Jackson,

It sounds like you are unable to enable Bluetooth for a specific app. We understand how inconvenient this is and we are here to help.

If you are still having issues, we would recommend reviewing all of the steps outlined here: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open

If you are still unable to activate Bluetooth for this app. Can you provide a few more details? Which iOS version are you currently using? Are you experiencing any Bluetooth issues with any other apps? Also, has this app ever worked with Bluetooth before?
