iMessage and FaceTime activation unsuccessful

I configured my apple id and enabled FaceTime and iMessage a couple of days ago and the status was waiting for activation and it ended up with activation failed. I tried to restart the device and reenabled FaceTime and iMessage now it again showing as waiting for activation. Please help me to activate this and resolve the issue.

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Messages - If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime.    


Messages Troubleshooting.   


Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
